Service Task was founded by Ed Giardina in February 2011, at a small office in the beautiful state of Rhode Island. During the years leading up to launching Service Task he ran a home services company. As Ed’s business expanded he endlessly searched for simple, web-based tools for his own business and found that there were none.
It was clear to us that the software available to service businesses was not user friendly, outdated and complex. We decided to create Service Task out of these frustrations and to only build tools that we would want to use.
Our mission is to transform the way service businesses manage their processes by providing them with a simple and better way to work. We promise to dedicate all of our time and energy to providing you with the easiest-to-use software to better run your business.
